About the ArtistEmma Szilágyi was born in the UK and has spent most of her life in Scotland. Her father is from Hungary and her mother is from Finland. She trained at Glasgow School of Art (1993) and Leith School of Art(1997), graduated from the Royal Academy Schools in London (2001) and since 2002 has been working in Scotland.See Biography Range of WorkSee Portfolio for Artist's statement and visit Recent ActivitiesIn 2004 she received a Millennium Award for
a Project on work in the Community and development of her own painting.
Her paintings reflecting her work on this Project were exhibited in
the Gallery of the Royal Incorporation of Architects, Scotland in
